Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

Cycling Tours by Go Cycling Maui

• No deposit is required to schedule a Cycling Tour.
• Please complete the checkout process so we can schedule you without a conflict. This works similar to booking a hotel room, where a credit card # is given, but it is not charged until you arrive for your tour.
• There is no Cancellation Fee charged if you cannot make it for the tour. We would appreciate an email letting us know, so that we can schedule someone else. Please contact: donnie@gocyclingmaui.com.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your product order, return it unused for a full refund.
  
• If you need to exchange any item, for any reason, return it unused, within 30 days. Please include your reason for the exchange and instructions for its replacement. We will mail your exchange item within 10 days, at no additional cost to you.
